Help Me Keep My House!

We have been tenants renting our house from the landlord for the past three years. Just recently he decided he wished to sell the house. I have three months to either purchase or find a new place to go and I am not prepared for either. I am tryin to get a down payment together or money so I can move my husband and I. If we can get a head start, I can take care of the rest from there. I am MORE the willing to show you where this is all going too also. It's either going to a down payment here on this house so I can stay or toward someone else.

Please help us out.
