Hi everyone. My name is Pat and my wife is Heidi. Heidi recently had major spinal surgery. Trying to navigate EDD for FLMA caregiver benefits has been impossible. Everything we thought we did right has been wrong. We're still trying but it's not easy. I'm now to where I've exhausted my living expenses while trying to get this done and there is a possibility that I may have to go back to work before expected. I can't afford home health to come in and the thought of leaving her here by herself is terrifying. I know this is the worst time of the year to ask this but I'm hoping to raise enough funds for groceries, gas, utilities to make it through the month until I go back to work in January.
