Hello family and friends. As many of you know, my Mom had been hospitalized since May 26th. She was fighting infection in her bloodstream and bacteria in a wound. She was discharged this past Monday, June 24th and upon the moment we reached home, things took a turn. She was taken back to the hospital and later passed away. To my unfortunate surprise, after reaching out for funeral purposes, her insurance company has contested payout on her policy. Although her original policy was effective in 2020, they are contesting based on a policy increase from November 2023, which unknowingly started a new 2 year waiting period. I am in need of assistance with properly burying my beloved mother. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.
