Hey there!

We are Columbia Raas, the only Garba-Raas team at Columbia University! We are a fast-paced, high-energy, competitive dance team that celebrates the energy and tradition of western Indian folk dance. We dance to preserve Indian culture and promote diversity through performances on Columbia's campus and across New York City.

Our team is very excited to announce that we got into 5 different competitions. We are really looking forward to competing this coming spring semester, but due to competition and travel costs, we need YOUR help. This is our first entire comp season after a two-season gap and we plan to attend two. Unfortunately, our team doesn't have the funds available so this year's fundraisers are more important than any previous year. Any contributions to our GoFundMe will directly help all members of the team access opportunities for travel. Every donation helps our team get closer to doing what we love on a national stage.
