Hello, my brother, Sherlon Allen Stokes, took a serious fall on February 11th. The fall damaged both his neck and his spine. He had surgery on February 16th to fuse his C3 to C7 vertebrae. The surgery was successful but Sherlon is not able to walk or move arms and hands. He is currently in a rehabilitation center but they will sending him home in the next week or two. When he is sent home he will need 24/7 care. He also need several pieces of hospital grade medical equipment such as a patient transport machine, a wheelchair, a hospital grade bed capable of moving him about to prevent skin sores and many other medical items.
