Like most lads our age, the majority of our plans usually end in pub/drinking. After some pretty open and difficult conversations in our group chats about our mental health recently, we decided to help each other out and do more stuff together that have a positive impact on us/those around us.
The Yorkshire 3 consists of
Pen-y-ghent Height: 694 m; 2,227 ft
Whernside Height: 736 m; 2415 ft
Ingleborough Height: 723 m; 2,372 ft
Distance: 40 km; 25 miles.
After Gav came back from the 3 peaks a couple months ago its always been in the back of our minds, and I guess now there’s no backing out!
Our chosen charity is PAPYRUS, a national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide in the UK. Any donations big or small more than appreciated. Set our sights at 1k in 5 weeks but would be buzzing with anything, a like and share on social media would also help us out massively!xx
