Hi, my name is Dawn. I am a Registered Nurse. In 2019 I had my first heart attack while at work. Each time I return to work, I have suffered another heart attack. I have since developed Supra-ventricular Tachycardia and Atrial Fibrillation and heart failure due to the damage from the heart attacks.
The Drs can’t seem to figure out how stop the vasospasm causing the heart attacks, I have been told there was nothing more they can do. I Refuse to believe there is nothing more.
I have requested and was given an appointment at Mayo Clinic. I need to be able to pay for gas, hotel and food for the week I will be there for testing and seeing Drs.
I have been unable to work for the last year. With my income now gone and this trip looming in weeks, while desperately needed, is a financial strain we cannot afford.
After years of caring for others it is very hard to ask for help, even when so desperately needed. We very much appreciate you for taking the time to read this.
