Unfortunately I have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer. The cells have shown up in my central nervous system which means they are travelling around my whole body. There is no cure for what is called Leptomeningeal Metastases. I will still fight for longer through chemo but typical prognosis is 3-6 months. I will deliver my premature baby soon and also leave behind my seven gear old son kieran and amazing fiance Steve. It breaks my heart to set up a cause for my own funeral. However I know how much a financial burden a funeral can be. Thank you to everyone who helps us xxx
