Hello!

I am creating this for my friend Blake Ricker. He slipped and fell on Saturday entering his apartment building in New Jersey and broke his left wrist in 3 places. He just started a new job last month and his medical insurance does not take effect until Monday, February 2nd. He has already had to pay a lot of money out of pocket for an ED visit, orthopedic visit, and has an MRI scheduled for tomorrow, which is $600. Tentatively, his surgery will be on Monday, the day his insurance kicks in. He will be out of work for approximately 3 months, with only getting paid 60% of his pay through his short-term disability, which will not be enough to cover his living expenses. He has no family up there to help him either post-operatively. I would like to help him out as best as I can to help take some of his worries away.
