Running for Cystic Fibrosis

My friend and I have signed up to run the Coastal Ascent and thought it would be a great excuse to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis Australia.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects your lungs and digestive system. People with CF experience serious lung infections and digestive issues that require frequent hospitalisations and medications of up to 40 pills per day. Unfortunately there is no cure, which means that the life expectancy is currently 38 years old.

I've been lucky enough to stay relatively healthy due to all the research into new medications and the support I've received over the years.

Cystic Fibrosis Australia do a fantastic job funding this research and providing support. I would really appreciate any contributions to help them continue their amazing work!
