Daddy’s Funeral

This past Sunday I got a call from my sister and my grandma letting me know my dad had passed away. My fiancé and I packed our bags and drove down to Cali as fast as we could(with Sunday traffic) I know I should’ve started this sooner but it’s really hard to come to terms with the fact that my dad is gone. Forever. He’s dead and he’s gone and there’s not a thing I can do about it. I can’t hug him or tell him how much I love him. I can’t give him a call and hear his goofy laugh. I miss him and this hurts so much. He was only 45. He had 4 kids and 4 grandchildren, two who he hadn’t even gotten the chance to meet yet. He left my amazing grandma behind to pick up all the pieces. We’re all doing the best we can but theres just so much he left behind and there’s a lot to get done. I’m so hopeful that if your reading this you can find it in your heart to reach out and donate. As we’re finding out funerals aren’t cheap and neither is the process of getting my grandma out of the house he died in. All of the money is going to go towards giving my dad a beautiful funeral and honoring his memory and whatever’s left over id like to go to my grandma to help get her back on her feet. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I really hope this can help us out.
