Hi everyone – my name’s Tara, and I’m a trans girl working hard every day to feel more at home in the body I live in. One of the biggest things holding me back from feeling fully myself is facial hair. No matter how much I try to present confidently, it’s a constant source of dysphoria and discomfort.

That’s why I’m raising funds for laser hair removal. It’s more than just a cosmetic procedure – it’s a step toward freedom, safety, and self-love. Unfortunately, like a lot of gender-affirming care, it’s expensive and not covered by most healthcare.
