Hi, my name is Nate Murillo & on the morning of 10/20/23, my girlfriend Gianna was in a bad car accident in rural Scottsbluff County, NE. She underwent surgery to stop the internal bleeding, & was flown to ICU in Colorado where she is recovering from her injuries.
