Help Us Help The Philippines Relief & Recovery Efforts "“ Your donation will help support and offset the cost, shipping and deployment of portable solar generators to those that need them most!
Help us bring power, opportunity and hope to the people affected by the massive devastation of the typhoon in the Philippines by bringing them much needed access to power.
World Wide Village and Peppermint Energy are partnering with various organizations in the Philippines to help with the relief and recovery efforts in the aftermath of this largest ever recorded typhoon. The destruction and devastation is extensive and widespread and the need for reliable power for basic communication and relief efforts is potent.
The cleanup and the extensive recovery efforts in the Philippines will be going on long after the spotlight of the worldwide media leaves the disaster. And all of these efforts require a significant amount of power in places where grid power is either non-existent or extremely unreliable.
A generator, run off of solar energy and paired with battery back-up, designed and manufactured by Peppermint Energy, was specifically developed to bring reliable, sustainable electricity to people off the grid. Peppermint Energy calls this solar generator The Forty2.
With your support, we will be able to bring much needed power to relief workers, communications hubs, medical clinics, and the massive ongoing recovery efforts that will be needed to get the people affected by this horrific disaster back on their feet.
