Dear Family and Friends,

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart as Jim Wurzelbacher has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal and liver cancer. Jim will need to undergo a series of treatments, and he is facing a challenging road ahead. While this news has been incredibly difficult, we are determined to fight this together and support Jim and his family throughout this difficult time.

I have started this GoFundMe to help cover medical expenses, as well as assist with other expenses during his treatments, especially with the potential loss of income during this time.
