Josh's Rotator Cuff Surgery

I'm not the guy to use something like this, but I have torn a tendon in my shoulder that can only be fixed by a surgery that will vastly improve my quality of life. It will cost several thousand dollars after insurance, and will have me out of work for some time. Unfortunately my line of work does not provide me paid time off. Surgery would be better sooner than later for many reasons not least of which is the daily pain and inability to perform some of my normal activities.  I will need money for surgery costs and expenses while I am off work to recover.  I won't ever have the proper words of gratitude, but together you can help me with a problem I can't solve myself.  Thank you.
