Recently diagnosed with stage four metastasized uterine cancer, Alex is facing physical and emotionally taxing chemotherapy for the next three months, followed by an intense two year regimen of immunotherapy treatments. By her side every step of the way is her devoted husband, Ruben, who is not only her caregiver but her rock and greatest source of support.
