On the 12/10/2025 I will be running the Manchester Half Marathon (13.1 miles) in support of the charity Sands (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Society). I have chosen this charity as it is a charity that falls close to home, and is one that is not widely recognised. Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, works in partnership with health professionals to try to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care, and funds research that could help to reduce the numbers of babies dying and families devastated by this tragedy.
