Last summer, I started experiencing pain and within months, I required a cane to walk. My condition has worsened considerably and very quickly and now my doctors are advising me to have an immediate surgery to salvage the mobility I do have. It’s a very dangerous and expensive procedure but without it, I’m facing paralysis within the year. It has all come up very suddenly and financially, it’s an impossibility without assistance. Any amount helps and will be very appreciated. A percentage of the total cost must be provided on Wednesday, the day of the surgery. My medical expenses have been incredibly heavy these past few months, but this surgery and the post-operative care I will need will likely push me further into debt, especially considering I may not be able to work like I used to prior to the surgery.
