Support Kaylee's Journey to Stability

Hi, my name is Kaylee Nguyen, and I’ve just been approved for housing — a life-changing step after a long and difficult road. This is my chance to finally have a safe, stable place of my own. But I’m facing a tight deadline and I need your help.

Right now, I’m staying with a wonderful long-time friend and her family who took me in when I had nowhere else to go. Their kindness has meant everything to me. Unfortunately, they’re moving out of state very soon, and I’ll no longer have a place to stay.

I’ve been working hard to get back on my feet, but my job recently cut my hours, and it’s made it incredibly difficult to save. I’ve finally been approved for housing — but in order to sign my lease and lock it in, I must have the funds by June 10th. If I miss this deadline, I lose the apartment and this opportunity.

I’m trying to raise enough to cover the first month’s rent and security deposit so I can move forward. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to a home of my own — and a fresh start.
