I'm Alex. I'm raising money for our family dog Jack's surgery. Jack is a little over a year old and is currently (right now) having intensive surgery because of an obstruction in his intestines.

So far it has cost my family $14,000. I am asking for a little more because of additional fees and taxes. Thank you for your help. I will update as I learn more.
