Dylan’s Defenders #Team Brodin

Story

On February 25, 2018, my 15 yo nephew, Dylan Brodin was complaining of visual disturbances, difficulty walking and non stop vomiting. MRI confirmed our worst fears,was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was immediately transferred from UMASS to Children’s Hospital in Boston. The tumor is located in the 3rd ventricle of his brain. Unfortunately due to its location is inoperable. This tumor has caused significant swelling in his brain and he required an emergent craniotomy, a risky surgery which thankfully, he came through well. We are awaiting the pathology results to determine his course of treatment. His parents are staying by his side however, only one is allowed to remain in the ICU necessitating the other remain in a hotel. Dylan is in the fight of his life. His family will remain by his side fighting with him throughout his journey. Unfortunately, bills still need to be paid and hospital costs are mounting. I am asking friends family and strangers to do what they can to help provide relief so that Mark and Michelle can focus on their son and nothing else.
