Hi there it's me Dennis!

This is not typical of me however I am raising money for my back surgery coming up March 4th. As many of you know, I am self employed and meadical/leave benefits wont cover my time out for recovery.

Any donations are appreciated no matter how small and that money would be utilized to cover medical bills which my insurance will only partially cover.

I would need the funds ASAP as m y surgery is scheduled for March 4th.

After many years swallowing pain killers, in and out of chiropractors and numerous visits to Dr. Offices, I'm exhausted and need to fix the problem. I'd like to move forward in 2016 pain free and get back to enjoying life.
