It is with a heavy heart that this GoFundMe is being created on behalf of the Barnes Family by their CPPG Friends.

As many of you know, on August 10th Jason and Heidi Barnes lost their 13 year old son, Scott in a tragic accident. Scott was so full of life and his loss will be felt throughout the community, by the many lives he touched. The Barnes family have supported our community in so many ways and now is our chance to support them during this unimaginable time.

Please consider donating any amount, no matter how small it may seem, as every dollar helps. Additionally, please share this GoFundMe fundraiser on social media and with friends and family who may be able and willing to donate. Finally, kind words, well wishes, and sharing of fond memories of Scott will help in their path to healing.

Our hope is to provide some financial relief for the Barnes family to allow them to focus on memorializing Scott and grieving together as a family. The money from this fundraiser will go directly to the family for the many unexpected costs that accompany this type of tragedy.
