Jack, who is 25, is battling cancer for the second time in a year. He's undergoing intense chemo to prepare for a crucial bone marrow transplant. His aunt has been driving him from Orange County to the City of Hope in Los Angeles 5 days a week, and he now requires full-time care.

The treatments have been tough on him, and with his inability to work, his funds have run down to nothing. He needs our help.
