Jennifer is the strongest person I know. For 31 years, she has been my best friend, my greatest supporter, and the heart of our family. She has always been the one to lift others up, to give without hesitation, and to be there for anyone in need. Now, she is the one who needs help.
The last two weeks have been quite the challenge for Jennifer and our family. When her immunotherapy stopped working, it became a priority to figure out the next steps. Doctors performed a biopsy to see if the cancer mutated, and unfortunately, it has.
I never knew how complicated and smart cancer was until embarking on this journey. Things have been in a downward spiral ever since her biopsy. Jennifer has been in and out of the hospital, having multiple procedures that don’t seem to bring her relief and a solution. We have been trying to start her on new immunotherapy treatments, but the cancer is being far from cooperative.
I never thought in a million years I would be reaching out for help, but here I am. Watching my wife suffer these past two weeks has been unbearable and confusing, to say the least. I am asking all those whose lives Jennifer has touched, whether friends, family, and even strangers moved by her story, to consider helping us. Your support will ease the burden of medical costs and give Jennifer the chance to continue her fight.
Please keep Jennifer in your prayers, and may God bless you for your kindness.
