Help a Single Mom Fix Her Car

I need help fixing my car! I took it in this week to find out what was wrong with it, and I knew it wasn’t going to be pretty. I need a new transmission, amongst other things, and am not in a position to trade in and finance another vehicle right now, so my best bet is to get it fixed to last me a couple more years while I save up for something else.

I’m a single mom of 3, and I need my car to get to work and take all of my kids to and from school. Being without a vehicle is not an option, but I, unfortunately, am already financially strapped and cannot afford to fix this problem on my own. Any help is appreciated!
