Help for Bud

Hi, My name is Cecille. I am fundraising for my little Yorkie dog named Bud. He is now 7 years old. We had him since he was 2 months old. He is a blessing to our family. He has collapsed trachea. He had this for about 2 years now. Poor Bud, everytime he gets anxious or excited he is having difficulty in breathing and unable to sleep. We had to give him cough and anxiety meds, but it looks like as times goes by it is getting worse. We are thinking to have him undergo surgery by placing a stent to open up his airways, but we are not able to afford it.
