I'm trying to raise money for my father who passed away at age 67 after a long fight with cancer. After going through chemo, the cancer that started as kidney cancer spread to his lungs. on Monday November 10th they are cremating my dad to be able to obtain his ashes I have to pay a permit to carry ashes which is $300 I have to show my birth certificate which needs to be replaced I will not be able to claim his ashes until the $300 is paid
