k9 bulletproof vests for NewRo pd

New Rochelle police department has many k9s but only one bulletproof/stabproof vest for all the dogs to share. Now, if you are a dog lover like myself, you know that not all dogs are the same size. That being said, its been used and abused and stretched out, so how can that protect these pups? It only takes $3000 to keep three dogs out of harm's way when they are out on the line fighting for OUR safety. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated!
