Hannah and Billys IVF/ICSI fund

This is a fund set up at the request of friends and family of Hannah and Billy. Sadly they are unable to have children without medical assistance. Hannah has PCOS, totally blocked Fallopian tubes and an AMH level through the roof meaning the only chance of a pregnancy is by IVF and ICSI. They are a young working couple who truly deserve at least one try but due to NHS cuts there is no longer any funding, even for a single cycle. Hannah comes from a family that foster. A family who care for young babies who move on to adoptive placements. Despite her fertility issues it's something she and Billy are very supportive off and wish her mum to continue to do. I hear you saying "why not adopt one of them?" It's not as simple as that. There are lots of regulations about adoptive placements and having a baby from your immediate locality is just not an option. They have all the information they need re adoption but before they go down that route they'd really like just one try at having their own birth child. Sadly that one try is going to be expensive, exceedingly expensive - to the tune of £10000 without the costs of medications needed. If ICSI isn't required that will reduce the sum by approx £1800 but that won't be known until the day of egg collection and fertilisation. So they've the money for all the meds (£1200), they've some funds saved up but despite both working they still have the everyday bills to pay. The treatment has to be paid up front, you can't pay in stages. No young couple I know has that amount of money sitting in their bank accounts so this is why we are asking for your help. Hannah and Billy didn't want this to be a pitying begging page, just one with the facts and somewhere people who want to help can donate. It doesn't matter if you can't, we get that money is tight and people have to prioritise but it would be wonderful if you could share the page. Any funds left over will be donated to #specialkidsintheuk a charity close to their heart. One they raised £6000 for last year, that's the sort of couple they are. Thank you for reading.
