On October 9 2025 my father John Nieminski was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. Cancer entered our lives quietly, but it changed everything in an instant. My dad’s diagnosis of colon cancer turned ordinary days into appointments, tests, and long conversations about what comes next.

This GoFundMe was created to help ease the financial strain that comes with cancer — the treatments, medications, travel, and time away from work that add up faster than anyone expects. Your support allows our family to focus on being together and supporting my dad as he continues his journey toward healing.

We also believe that even in the darkest moments, there is room for compassion. Part of the funds raised will be shared with children battling cancer, because no child should have to face such fear and pain so early in life.
