The entire front half of my family's car broke in a parking garage when I turned the wheel and the tire ripped off of the entire vehicle.

It's my family's only car and we have been quoted 4,500 dollars to fix it, which we don't have. We have been denied from payment plans and are being forced to come up with the full amount. It would mean more than I have words for if anyone was able to help us fix our car, we desperately need it.
