John John’s Fight

This is my brother David Costa and sister-in-law Stephanie Costa’s son John John and he is one of the most incredible young men you could ever meet. John has overcome so many obstacles in his short 21 years of life. John is autistic, but you would only know this by his child like innocence. His love for being near the action at any race track shows by his huge smile on his face. On Sunday Feb.18th 2018, John was involved an ATV roll over accident which severely injured him. He was airlifted to the closest trauma center where he underwent a 6hour surgery to repair the damage. ( more surgeries to follow ) At this time we know very in the outcome of his recovery . John is in ICU for now and his parents are here by his side not wanting to leave him. Unfortunately they live 6 hours away and taking time off from work on top of medical expenses, meals etc... will take a huge financial toll on this family.
