Hi my name is Clare and I'm trying to fundraise for my mother.

We are a small family with not aot of funds; I never thought in a million years I would be sitting in doing this. Feeling shameful also for asking members of the public to help !

My father lived for everyone else but himself! He took care of my mother's emotional and physical needs day in day out as she is not mobile and ill herself.

Dad went into hospital last week to have a triple bypass in London 200 miles from their home, telling my young children not to worry because their pops would be home in a few days to a week. We were all so excited to have him home.

The surgery went incredibly well and i couldn't wait to race across London to see him. However tragedy took place right Infront of my eyes and he had a catastrophic stroke, we rushed to the nearest stroke unit in London to try and fix this however we have had to do the unimaginable and take life support away as his stroke has covered 3/4 of his brain leaving him completely unresponsive.

My next biggest worry is my mum is now alone with only lower DLA payments to try paying her mortgage each month, some sort of care for herself and more so how we get dad home and give him the send off he truly deserves!

I please please ask that any amount possible that you can spare or even share this I and the family would be incredibly grateful.. I need my dad back home and a send off he deserves.
