In September 2015 Brianna, an avid dancer, athlete and community supporter underwent a major surgery to fuse a chronic, "non union" fracture of her foot, which included a screw and bone graft.  The injury is complex, and this specific small bone and type of break is notorious for not healing without the help of medical aide. The prognosis is that Brianna is unable to walk without crutches for at least another month, perhaps longer based on healing and therapy. 

The doctor prescribed a machine called the Exogen Bone Stimulating Ultrasound machine, which costs $3999, or $700/ month for rental. If I do not full out buy the machine I will have to rent it for several months.   The machine is 86% effective, but not covered under treaty status or insurance.  Brianna will have to pay for the machine out of pocket. https://youtu.be/y3j-dGLLWgI 

Several good friends suggested a Go Fund Me campaign to assist in the purchase or rental of the machine.  Brianna is humbled by the response of everyone, and appreciates the support of the community.  This injury is an important part of the journey to patience, humility and healing and will set the groundwork for a future of good health, acitivity and prayers through dance.
