12yo Girl Diagnosed With Leukeamia

Kira is 12 years old and has a great love of horse riding. She was supposed to be starting high school two weeks ago, but instead was diagnosed with leukaemia. Kira’s type of leukaemia is extremely fast moving and needed urgent treatment. She started immediate chemotherapy and has had a very difficult battle since with infections and side effects of such treatment. Kira has 6 more months of chemo treatment, and has a very difficult battle ahead.
