Jasper was lost on July 24th 2020 from Upper Stewiacke and found on February 28th 2021 in Inverness, Cape Breton. Jasper survived these harsh conditions for 7 months, found a snare imbedded in his neck all while being so far from home and needs a lot of medical attention. During these uncertain times with COVID-19, The owner need assistance with Jaspers vet bills which include, blood panels, diagnostic imaging,  special diet and a lot more.  Jasper has been through more than any dog should ever go through.
