Maisie's journey.....

Hello- my name is Marci and I'm the owner of LA Chefs Catering. I am creating this fundraiser in an effort to raise much needed funds for one of our most cherished and valued employees - Maisie Zawyrucha. Maisie has worked with us for over 10 years, and has always been an amazing positive force for all of our clients and her teammates! You will never see Maisie without a kind smile on her face! What Maisie and her family are now faced with is the devastating diagnosis of Mesothelioma. What this means is that Maisie will most likely be unable to continue working full time, as she will be in and out of treatment and hospital stays in her efforts to battle this disease. Maisie and her husband David have 2 beautiful young children - Hayden and Mila.

The personal challenges that this young family are facing are overwhelming in and of themselves - but the financial challenges are going to become very real - very soon. We will be initiating the contributions to this cause, and we ask that everyone who sees this post will consider supporting- ANY amount will be very much needed and appreciated!!
