Connors surgery

Hi , My name is tayla. I am the mother of the sweetest toughest 8 year old I know. He has struggled since the day he was born. We almost lost him when he was 8 weeks old. But thankfully our little soldier is still here. His always had it tough and we try to keep his spirits up. But that's getting harder and harder to do the more diagnosis and surgeries we keep being given. Connor has tourettes, autism, ADHD, Asthma , developmental coordination disorder, developmental language disorder , anxiety disorder, severe stutter / speech impediment and is currently undergoing testing to uncover what chromosomal abnormalities he has.

We have recently discovered his genetic abnormalities are affecting his dental health significantly. He has a very long list of dental procedures coming up before the age of 10 to try and correct his jaw growth. Connor has a surgery coming up in November. Due to his genetic conditions the enamel on some of his teeth aren't growing. This has resulted in him needing quite a few teeth removed. He also has extra teeth which has severely impacted his adult teeth from falling into their correct place and are impacted. He is needing to have an extensive dental surgery to remove his damaged teeth , extra teeth and pull his adult teeth into the correct position. He will then be requiring braces. Within the next 2 years he is requiring a helmet and expander to force his top jaw growth and try to correct his under bite.

My husbands main source of income has been impacted due to unforseen circumstances. Which leaves us unable to afford our special needs sons surgeries and extensive dental costs coming up.

His dental surgery is estimated to cost upwards of $5,000 so far we have put a safety net of $10,000 because every appointment more is added to his surgery plan. His braces after the surgery will cost $1,800.

We don't ask for help and we never expect any. But we're in a position where we may not have a choice. Any amount you could spare would be greatly appreciated and it all adds up.
