Hello,

Thank you for supporting the Zachman family! My name is Amy Moosbrugger, sister-in-law to Debbie Zachman.

Wednesday morning, January 21st 2026, Debbie called 911 after having a severe headache and other alarming symptoms. After a long touch and go ride to the hospital it was found that she had a brain bleed. She was immediately sent in to surgery. What should have been a couple hour surgery ended up being 6 hours long as the bleeding would not subside. After Doctors were able to get the bleeding to stop, Debbie was then transferred to the intensive care unit for monitoring. There have been small signs of movement from Debbie and we are hopeful that she will continue to fight and recover, but it looks to be a long road ahead.

Many of you already know that Debbie is a loving mother of 4 children and was pregnant with baby #5. Sadly baby did not survive. Debbie is a “stay at home” mother. Her goal is to strive every day to be the best wife and mother to her husband and kids. Between ensuring meals were prepared and the home was cared for, she homeschooled her kiddos and baked/decorated delicious cookies on the side.

As the family navigates this scary journey, any prayers and donations would be much appreciated. The money raised will be used for medical bills and funeral expenses.
