My name is Carrie. I’m here asking for any donations for my American Pitbull Zeus (aka piggy). It all started 5 years ago when I went to the shelter and saw his sad face through the bars. I asked what his story was and it’s heartbreaking. He was left with a large chain attached to a tree left in a park alone. As soon as they took him into the play pen to meet me he was so bubbly and tail wagging. That was it I was sold. Paid the adoption fee and on our way. Zeus has been my companion for the last 5 years and would walk to the end of the earth by my side. This dog would give his life for me and he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body! He’s a cuddly mush who loves everyone. For the past 4 days he hasn’t been eating and throwing up. Brought him to the vet to find out he needs surgery for a possible impacted object. Has had ultrasound sound and 4 x rays and lots of fluids but the item won’t pass. It’s stuck in his lower intestines so surgery is my only option. Any small amount toward his now growing medical bills would be so greatly appreciated above and beyond.
