Support Cameron’s Family Through a Difficult Time

Hello everyone,

We are Juventus - the ICSF Columbus FC Division 1, U15 team. Today, we are reaching out on behalf of one of our teammates, Cameron, and his family, who are going through an incredibly tough time.

Cameron’s father is in the advanced stages of cancer, and his family is struggling to cope with the emotional and financial toll. Cameron’s mother is working multiple jobs just to make ends meet, but with three teenagers at home, the mounting expenses for school, sports, and hospital bills are becoming overwhelming. They are doing everything they can, but with daily trips from Richmond to Vancouver for hospital visits and Cameron and his siblings taking transit to see their father while their mom works, it’s a challenge.

With Christmas around the corner, we’re hoping to come together as a community to ease some of the financial stress for Cameron’s family. From covering medical bills to daily expenses and sports fees, they are stretched thin. We want to ensure that, despite the hardships they’re facing, Cameron and his siblings can have some normalcy in their lives during this difficult time.

Our goal is to raise funds to help with general household expenses, hospital bills, and the costs of keeping Cameron and his siblings involved in the activities they love, like soccer. Every contribution will make a meaningful difference for this family, allowing them to focus on what matters most—spending time together and supporting one another through this incredibly challenging journey.
