Help Nacho With Dialysis Treatment

My dad was born with one kidney and it wasn’t until 15 years ago that he found out and that’s when the problems started. These past few years have been everything but easy for him and his family since he doesn’t have medical insurance that covers his treatment. It’s gotten to the point where he needs immediate dialysis treatment for his kidney or a future transplant.
