I’m writing you all with a heavy heart today. On June 14th my family experienced a tragic loss of an incredible man. Rolland Carpenter, my uncle, passed away after complications with his scheduled heart surgery. After a long life of health battles, we are blessed to have been by his side, as a family, up until the end of his last fight. May he rest now.

The weeks to follow have been extremely emotional for all of us, but i’ve created this fundraiser specifically for his children, Casey Gianna and Lana. On top of attempting to process the loss of their father, they are also navigating all the legal paperwork and future planning. All donations will be used towards funeral expenses and Rollie’s active bills.

By lessening the financial burden, that unfortunately comes with unexpected death, my hope is to create a less stressful space for them to grieve.
