Hey family, in October 2021, I will celebrate my 55th year on earth. To make my earthday something extra special, I am asking you to make a contribution to my 55 books or 55 pounds of books (whichever comes first) for me to distribute at my former Peace Corps home site in Central Province, Zambia November 2021. Books are powerful tools for liberation and education. The money will be used to purchase multicultural "gently loved" & new books from a local DC woman of color bookseller; excess baggage charges; and transportation from Lusaka to Chibombo. I already have my lodging & flight paid for. ALL money received will be used to put a book into the hand of a baby, child, youth or young adult in Zambia, not my pockets.
