A Father is a protector. The leader of his family. Taking the time to love and raise his children with wisdom and patience. A Husband provides and shelters his wife. A Son honors his Mother in everything he does. This is Manuel Contreras. Early Monday morning, as he was going to work, he was taken from us by ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement.)
His family is devastated. His youngest daughters Jenny and Gisselle now search their minds, struggling to understand why their daddy was taken from them. His wife, Mildred has nothing but sleepless nights as her life partner sits with an unsure future.
We believe we can mount a strong case on his behalf, to free him and allow him to continue being that Father, Husband, Son and so much more to so many of us.
