Publish my Book

Some of you may know I have been working on a book, it is called, “Know the Enemy …. Preventing Weight Gain, Diabetes and Disease”. I want to share my knowledge and secrets that are from experience of over a decade of achieving, successful diabetes care and over 40 years of weight control through nutrition and lifestyle. However, it is quite expensive to correctly publish a book. Therefore, I am seeking donations to produce this helpful book. The funds will be used to format the book for a paperback, e-Book, and audio book, cover design, ISBN and Bar Code, logo design, photos, and helpful videos for my website, www.jodivelazquez.com. If you are feeling generous this holiday season, any donation you can offer, small or large would be deeply appreciated. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to gain knowledge through this book after the holiday!

A $5 - $10 donation would be greatly appreciated.

A $50 plus donation will yield a signed copy of the book upon being released.

A $100 plus donation will yield a signed copy of the book plus your name or company name on the sponsorship page within the book.

Any contribution matters and will be put directly towards the efforts of publishing this book. I will post my progress weekly on Facebook and Twitter and announce when the book will be released.
