Pasture Preservation Project

Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue is excited to announce the launch of our Pasture Preservation Project for 2018. Our plan is too increase the amount of pastures and paddocks for our cows, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and pigs! The new areas will be on the west end of the property and on the north side off of the existing sheep and cow pastures. Additional shelters and fencing will be the majority of the budget, along with clearing and irrigation.By creating more safe areas for the animals, we will maintain the integrity of the existing pastures and be able to seed and mulch the areas to prevent erosion. Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue is lucky to be a part of a large animal loving community. By creating more places for folks to commune and learn from our beloved animal residents, we can provide a happy and loving forever home for the many senior, abused, unwanted and special needs creatures at the farm.
