On Friday 3 May Ash was diagnosed with a DVT in her calf and sent home with treatment. Ash became very unwell shortly after and was returned to hospital by ambulance with a suspected pulmonary embolism causing her to have a series of cardiac arrests. Ash was resuscitated and is currently in ICU, extremely unwell.

This has come as an absolute shock to her entire family & was completely unexpected.

Ash is an amazing sister, daughter, friend and most importantly, Mum. Her precious daughter is missing her mum so very much & as you know, her little girl is her absolute world.

Anyone who knows her or crosses paths with her (even for the shortest time), knows how lucky they are to have her in their lives. You don’t even need to know her well, to know how special she is. She’s simply an amazing person & the world would be a better place with more people like her in it. She’s selfless, kind, caring, funny, independent & STRONG!

As the road ahead is going to be long and mostly unknown, we would like to raise money as a way to support Ashleigh and her daughter.
